This Refund Policy applies to purchases of DockerCP software plans and subscriptions made through the https://dockercp.com website.

DockerCP is self-hosted server control panel software operated by easyconfig, LLC. Customers install and operate DockerCP on VPS, dedicated servers, or other infrastructure that they own or control.

By purchasing a DockerCP plan, you acknowledge and agree to the refund conditions described below.

Monthly Plan Refunds

Customers who purchase a monthly DockerCP plan may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of the applicable payment.

Refund requests for monthly plans submitted after the 7-day refund period will not be accepted, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

Yearly Plan Refunds

Customers who purchase a yearly DockerCP plan may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of the applicable payment.

Refund requests for yearly plans submitted after the 30-day refund period will not be accepted, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

Subscription Renewals

The same refund periods apply to subscription renewal payments:

  • Monthly renewal payments may be refunded when the request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the renewal payment.
  • Yearly renewal payments may be refunded when the request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the renewal payment.

Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscriptions before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue using DockerCP.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create or approve a refund for a payment that has already been completed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@dockercp.com within the applicable refund period.

Your refund request should include:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • Your order, invoice, or transaction number.
  • The DockerCP plan that you purchased.
  • The reason for requesting the refund.
  • Relevant technical details or screenshots if the request is related to a technical issue.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate the payment, verify the purchase, investigate a technical issue, or prevent fraudulent activity.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request will generally be eligible when:

  • The request is submitted within the applicable refund period.
  • The purchase was made through an authorized DockerCP checkout.
  • The customer provides sufficient information to verify the transaction.
  • The account has not been suspended or terminated for misuse, fraudulent activity, or a violation of our Terms of Service.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be provided when:

  • A monthly plan refund is requested more than 7 calendar days after payment.
  • A yearly plan refund is requested more than 30 calendar days after payment.
  • The customer has violated the DockerCP Terms of Service.
  • The software or account has been used for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.
  • The customer refuses to provide information reasonably required to verify or investigate the request.
  • There is evidence of refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or repeated purchases made for the purpose of obtaining temporary access.
  • The purchase was completed using an unauthorized or fraudulent payment method.
  • The customer changes their mind after the applicable refund period has expired.

Partial and Prorated Refunds

DockerCP does not ordinarily provide partial or prorated refunds for unused days, partial subscription periods, reduced usage, or early cancellation.

An eligible refund request submitted within the applicable refund period may be processed as a full refund of the relevant payment, subject to this Refund Policy, the applicable payment provider's rules, and applicable law.

Licence Deactivation After a Refund

When a DockerCP payment is refunded, the corresponding licence, subscription, account entitlement, updates, support access, or other paid features may be suspended or permanently deactivated.

After receiving a refund, the customer must stop using any paid DockerCP licence or service associated with the refunded transaction.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for a refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method, payment processor, card network, banking institution, and country.

DockerCP payments are processed by Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record. Refunds may therefore also be subject to Paddle's processing requirements, buyer terms, fraud controls, and applicable legal obligations.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Filing an unjustified or fraudulent chargeback does not extend the applicable refund period and may result in suspension or termination of the associated DockerCP account, licence, or subscription.

Technical Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing DockerCP's published system requirements, documentation, supported operating systems, and technical requirements before purchasing a plan.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact our support team within the applicable refund period. We may attempt to diagnose or resolve the issue before making a final decision on the refund request.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to the customer.

Where applicable law provides rights that are more favourable than this Refund Policy, the mandatory requirements of that law will apply.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, subscription plans, payment providers, legal obligations, or business practices.

Any updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
